The website allows for user-submitted documents. Submissions are to be done by email and always to be supplemented with a self-declaration whereby the contributor declares the authenticity of the document as their own as also about non infringement of any third party intellectual property rights. OWFI is not liable for misuse/source of content once the self-declaration has been passed on through email. If a declaration in above terms does not accompany the mail, the document(s) shall not be uploaded. If it subsequently comes to notice that the aforesaid declaration was false, the documents shall be removed without any notice.
The GKC Blog, Peer Problem Solving platform and helpdesk require users to register prior to submission of any and all content. It will be the obligation of the user to disclose his/her true identity and address (if required) before putting his/her comment(s) or blog. The user shall not attempt concealment of his(er) identity. Blog comments may retain an option of anonymity when published publicly, however true user identity will be known (through registration) to OWFI and can be shared with DAR&PG and the public if required. Personal information gathered on the website will be shared only in cases where individuals give their explicit consent or if the same is required under a written requirement of any law enforcement agency.
Code of Conduct
Users are urged to refrain from using derogatory language or posting any inappropriate material that advocates or encourages expressions of violence, bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity.
- Do not upload files or post messages unless you own or control the rights of these materials.
- Do not post materials that could harm other users computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software(s) or websites.
