C.K.Ramachandran is an expert in the areas of governance, institutional reform and rural livelihoods. Apart from his role as Lead Governance Advisor of the GKC portal, he is also a core team member of the Bihar Governance and Administrative Reforms Programme (2008-11). He also works with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD-UN) in reviewing the implementation of its rural livelihoods projects in India.

Naimur Rahman is the Chief Operating Officer of Affiliated Network for Social Accountability – South Asia Region (ANSA-SAR). He is also on the Board of Directors of OneWorld Foundation India. Rahman's previous experience includes managerial, advisory and consulting in the domains of technology, knowledge management and international development. Prior to joining OneWorld, he has been associated with social sector interventions for more than a decade and had served in various capacities with the government, bi-lateral funding agencies, corporate sector, and civil society organizations.

Prem Chander is a visiting Professor in Finance and Accounting at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also the Director of Yuken India Limited and OneWorld South Asia. Prem Chander has held a number of notable positions that span both the private and public sectors including: Vice President of Operations at Mu Sigma Business Solutions (P) Limited, Senior Vice President of Schoolnet India Limited, Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services [IL&FS Ltd] and Associate Professor of Finance and Control at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Shashank Ojha is the head of the governance team in the department of Global ICT at World Bank, India. His team provides technical assistance to World Bank e-Governance projects globally. Before joining the World Bank, he has worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Ernst & Young and as General Manager, Finance and Information Technology at National Panasonic group.
