This report analyses e-government initiatives across countries. It concludes that governments must rethink e-governance for establishing institutional linkages among tiered government structures to create inclusive sustainable development.
The conference which will provide a platform for intellectual exchange on innovations in e-governance and service delivery, invites stakeholders and practitioners to submit policy papers and case studies related to the domain.
