Datamation Foundation started this project in collaboration with madrasa to provide basic knowledge of ICT to the minority muslims in Seelampur-Zaffrabad in New Delhi.

This Community Multimedia Centre's goal is to empower the economically backward section of the society through basic computer knowledge irrespective of their caste, creed, sex, colour, race, religion, or sex.

The basic computer programming enables them to seek employment, which leads to economic empowerment and build their self-confidence.

The collaborative effort of the NGO and madrassas is an example of using local religious community for grass root development and social empowerment.
