E-Jan Sampark project is an efficient information dissemination system that provides citizens to avail government services by minimizing multiple interaction points without any wastage of time.

E-Jan Sampark project targeted underprivileged citizens without IT connectivity, by providing them with information services without any cost from accessible places known as E-Jan Sampark Centres. These centres provide information on government services through multi-service delivery to citizens. Information that is available include procedures and forms of all departments, education and health related services, Transport and tourism; and access to all government websites etc. In addition, a Grievance Monitoring System under which queries are communicated via email to the nodal officer and the latter responds within a stipulated time addresses citizen grievances.
